PRESSWOOD PALLETS

Presswood pallets use an environmentally responsible process to turn damaged logs, wood waste and other wood bi-products into new molded pallets.

Features & Benefits: Durable enough to be reused yet inexpensive enough to be expendable; this offers an alternative to conventional wooden and expensive plastic pallets.

Nestable Design - With a space saving ratio of 4-1; this feature provides great space savings both in the warehouse and in shipping. These pallets are acceptable for import into Germany, Australia, New Zealand, China and Brazil; as well as many other countries. No additional treatment for overseas shipping is necessary because the high-heat manufacturing process burns out all infestations.

Availability - Most sizes are in stock and available to ship in truckload and less than truckload quantities.

One Piece Design - With no nails or staples. This reduces product and package damage and helps to minimize employee and customer injuries.

Uniform Sizes and Consistent Lighter Weight - 60% lighter than hardwood pallets.

Low Moisture Content of 6% - 9% - Eliminates product contamination because it does not attract moisture-sensing insects and eliminates the need for moisture barrier sheets.

Rounded Corners - Prevent tearing of the packaging materials. Eliminating sharp edges helps reduce employee injuries.
